About the position

We are currently looking for process operators with a technical interest for an assignment at Svenska Retursystem in Jönköping. We believe this job is well-suited for those who thrive in a varied work environment and tasks in production and industries. We would like you to have previous experience in production and manufacturing and be able to quickly adapt to the tasks.

Working hours are scheduled on a 3-shift basis. 12 hours of work per day, either 06:00-18:00 or 18:00-06:00.

Profile & background

We would like you to have experience working as a machine operator, process operator, assembler, or setter within the manufacturing industry. Experience in process operator work or as a mechanic – Previous work as an operator in industry/production, preferably in sectors such as the automotive industry or similar where you have worked to keep a production line running. Technical understanding – Ability to understand technical instructions, drawings, and process flows. Experience in monitoring, adjusting, and reconfiguring automated equipment.

Preferably knowledge of basic troubleshooting and handling of downtime. Experience in troubleshooting and operator maintenance of equipment is a merit.

Quality awareness – Experience in following quality procedures and safety routines (e.g., Ability to report and document deviations and fill out forms or digitally).

Good computer skills – Familiarity with working in production systems/operator panels and reporting in digital systems.

Fluent Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement. English is an advantage (for example, for safety, manuals, and support).

Accustomed to working physically as you move between different zones in the production line and up and down stairs between machines and conveyor belts.
